I’m Martine Humphreys, a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, and Counsellor with a passion for helping people heal the emotional, mental, and physical toll of modern-day stress — especially when it shows up in the body through issues like bruxism (teeth grinding), jaw clenching, chronic tension, anxiety, sleep disruption, and so much more.

I’ve spent years studying human behaviour — both therapeutically and commercially — and everything I’ve learned is now devoted to helping you uncover what’s holding you back, and guide you toward the life you truly want.
